Ravibhai was very much aware of shortcomings of Indian society and was always ready to do something about it. This may have been due to the unhappy married life of his young sister. In 1940-50 period he was instrumental to conceiving and creating a moving exhibition of some 50 posters titled "Samsar Chitravali" to bring social awareness of these problems. A lot of villages in Gujarat took part in organizing displays for their people. Ravibhai never charged any fee, just the expenses for getting and returning the posters. Poster 1 The lack of emphasis on physical education in our school caused poor health in our kids. The teachers as well as parents sung the glory of 'book learning'. The 'hunks' were considered brainless.

Poster 2 We have designed our education system so that it is somuch ofthe burden on students that they have no time to enjoy the childhood a tall. Curriculums are designed to make book learned Pandits.

Poster 3 The girls are pushed to marriage and motherhood without knowing anything about life. The lack of emphasis on physical education in our school caused poor health in our kids. They become victims of society's rigidity ane society's shame.

Poster 4 Our class systems lack sensitivity. We feel no shame in our wasteful celebrations our wastes become source of less deprived people.

Poster 5 We have one face for the public when awefull reality is well hidden behind the closed doors.

Poster 6 Elders feel releived when the children are pushed unprepared and hardly reday children into marriage. They feel that they have done their duty and 'now it does not matter what happens to them'

Poster 7 Our universities produce graduates without learning life's lesoan. They come out without having abilities to do anything. Elders think that education is waste of money. Business people think graduates are useles ane early marriages put a lot of burden on youngsters.

Poster 8 We lavishley feed the religious gurus and see to it that the poors remain poor and useless.

Poster 9 Our youths have unhealthy life style. Bad company, bad thoughts, bad lierature, lazy life, unsocial living brings about the downfall.

Poster10 We depend upon astrolgers to see what will happen tous, how the childrens' children will turn out, whether our businesses will be friutful, whether some one will pass in exams or will have son or a daughter...

Poster11 We treats our sons better and look down on daughters...

Poster12 We create a scary image about final school examinations.

Poster13 Husbands can do no wrong and may treat wives as commodity that can be disposed with if necessary and easily replaced by another like pots and pans.

Poster14 Widowhood or indentured slavery?

Poster15 Dead tell the tales of cruelties and starvation, burning alive, poisons, allegations and torture from which only death could make free.

Poster16 The evil of child marriages was so widely prevelent, a voice had to be raised against marrying children even before they learned their alphabets.
